Just dont buy or do any business with these ppl. If I can give a zero star I would have. At first they very nice, helpful and cooperative. I talked to one of their sales reps over phone to make a purchase over-phone and have bike shipped to me. Everything went fine, they processed payment and told me I can start arranging shipping on my own.
