Wait time was quick and the staff were nice
The customer service at this place needs improvement. Terrible experience and the only reason I kept coming here was for my mother. We have been coming here for years and have not had issues until recently when they hired a new phlebotomist. They used to have an Asian lady phlebotomist who was amazing at taking my mother’s blood. My mother has difficult veins but the lady they had prior to the new one was as able to take blood without issues for years. I drove from a long distance and their internet was down with no other options on how I could get my bloodwork. The place was also very gross and I am kind of glad that I didn't give my blood there

Don’t go to this lab very bad attitude staff my advice to the lab if those employees don’t like working with patients don’t take this job 。
