It is very dirty inside I should have read the reviews before coming here very rude
The techs were very patient and kind to me. I do recommend calling first because it is a small office and there is only one phlebotomist (tech to draw blood), that may help with the wait time. Free and metered street parking. I called before and the tech was kind enough to tell me a good time to come in to avoid having to wait. The office was clean and they were very efficient. The tech was awesome I barely felt the stick. I would come back.
Wait time was quick and the staff were nice
The customer service at this place needs improvement. Terrible experience and the only reason I kept coming here was for my mother. We have been coming here for years and have not had issues until recently when they hired a new phlebotomist. They used to have an Asian lady phlebotomist who was amazing at taking my mother’s blood. My mother has difficult veins but the lady they had prior to the new one was as able to take blood without issues for years. I drove from a long distance and their internet was down with no other options on how I could get my bloodwork. The place was also very gross and I am kind of glad that I didn't give my blood there
