Don’t go to this lab very bad attitude staff my advice to the lab if those employees don’t like working with patients don’t take this job 。
I experience awful customer service here, and the only reason I continue to come is because of my mother. A little compassion goes a long way, and being treated poorly really bothers me.
Easy parking out front, short wait, polite staff. Not the cleanest looking place (it’s a little old and beat up, but so what). I was in an out in 30 minutes, maybe less. Do arrive on time and have your documents ready.
Horrible, twice 2 a week their internet down after waiting 30 min for lab to open and then they say yes we will take you but no insurance full payment
overall my experience was fine! only one person ahead of me so the wait was not long. the phlebotomist was very professional and the blood sample process was super easy.
