I bought the Level 1 VIP package, which the girl that sold the package did not explain anything correct. I would not come here due to incorrectness in explaining the packages. If there were 0 stars I would of pick that one. Was told to call corporate to get my money back! Yeah...all of gotten is a recording to leave a message. Yeah right they are really going to call you back. This place is a RIP OFF! I advise you to stay away from Sun City tanning!
Should let people know that when they sign up for Level 5 VIP package that your level 5 beds are always either down or have multiple bulbs out...3 out of 4 locations on Coast have the same issue - wasn't going to waste my time driving 25 miles to the 4th one...
The staff are super friendly. I always get great customer service. And the tanning beds are great! Keep up the great work! Love this place!
