Connor did an incredible job from start to finish. I wanted to impulse buy something right away but Connor urged me to hold out and am I ever glad I did, as 2 weeks later we found one we absolutely loved compared to the others. The whole process, he made everything very easy on our end and secured our schedule 100% of the time. He got us our forever home at the price we wanted. He was always honest about a house and had great insight on what we wanted before we even knew. Very impressed
Took possession of my home on July 14th. The agent abandoned their lockbox on my live gas meter for over 40 days. I called the office twice this week to get it removed. On the phone, I asked they leave my house key. Instead, the agent snuck onto my property without knocking, even though I was home and took my working door handle key. They now have a key to my private residence without my consent. Not to mention the filth we walked into in our the day we took possession.
We’ve used Scott for 3 home sales now. He makes the process so easy and is unreal to work with. Such a great company to work with. We will definitely be using them for all our future home sales.
