RecommendedI received my referral for an orthopedic consultation on Friday September 4th from my PCP at 1630, called Sun City Orthopaedic & Hand Surgery Specialists and was given an appointment the following Tuesday September 8th. If Monday September 7 was not a holiday, I probably would have had my appointment sooner. I am very happy with every single person I encountered at my appointment and recommend them to all my family and friends!!!

This place is a joke. They treated my mom with so much disrespect. They laughed at her and just didnt seem like they were in the mood to work. Its sad that we go to these places to seek help and we get treated like Trash. I don’t recommend this spot for anyone. Bunch of kids acting bad behind a desk. Sad

Dr. was great as well as the staff in the back. But the front office staff needs training on insurance deductibles and coinsurance. The front office can really determine a patients experience good or bad. Wait time was far too long many patient arrived after me and were in and out while I waited more than 2 hours to be seen for 10 min.
They see you the same day you need to be seen.
Find administrative staff who can be courteous and polite on the telephone, and quit putting patients in terminal hold pattern for over a half hour before the system just hangs up on them.
