Update: it's been since 8 months of my last post. The association only came to the apartment with tow to remove any car parked on the grass and show the building for sale. One of the neighbors who saw the meeting address rodents, water leaks from old pipes, roof damage and inside the apartment damage from the ceiling. And other issue like plumbing. Worst association to have over our building. They are more worried about someone parking in the wrong place than the fact that the concrete stairs are cracking and are very unsafe.. when it rains they are so slippery that several people have fallen down them, the apartments are infested with roaches and termites. The parking lot has holes all in it from the rain. The laundry rooms are poor. But they want you to pay $10 to park in a parking lot of apartments that aren't even worth the $1500-1700 they are charging for them. Th... read more
