Extremely discriminatory renting practices. Only accepts "Elite" applicants. Management of these apartments are a discredit to the community. Owners are racist. They only care about money rent
Moved in Sept. 2014, for the first year and a half was great. But after 2016, they raised the rent $10. No biggie right.....well when it was time to renew our lease, they stated that there was going to be an $80 increase! $745 for a 1bd 1bth less than 700sqft, honestly wasn't worth my money. I didn't renew my lease due to the price increase. Yea the neighborhood can be quiet at times...but when they don't manage who moves in and I always had to be watching my back when I was walking my dog, I just didn't feel safe there anym... read more
