I have lived here over a year and it has always been clean and maintained. The elevator is so nice! The grounds are always clean and there is never parking issues. Any time a light bulb has gone out, maintenance has responded so fast and come and changed it and been so easy to work with. There has been no issues with anything and the apartments are nice and modern. I always got compliments about how spacious my living room is. This complex is modern and beautiful. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and fast if anything does break. Paying rent is super easy with Rentler. The office staff are also really friendly!
Pros: Convenient location, nice LOOKING apartments, pet friendly, rent is reasonable for area. CONS: You can hear everything from the residents above you, I’m talking when they flush their toilet, open their dishwasher, wash their clothes. If you’re unlucky enough to live in the apartments above the kidney care clinic you not only get to hear the 4am deliveries to Good Earth, but you hear the machines beeping in the clinic when an employee forgets to turn them off before they leave so they beep all night! I rented from Peay's for years. They are great people and have been in the renting and real estate business for decades. In my opinion, tenants who expect to get a full deposit back when there is money and man hours that need to be put in to turn over an apartment to the next tenant don't understand that's what a deposit is used for. dirty carpet, dirty walls, broken or dirty blinds, that all costs money.
