This place was terrible. They left us without hot water for 2 months. Zero communication about this the whole time. Scary infestation of roaches from DAY ONE MOVE IN. Refused to come spray for 2 weeks. I had to pay out of my own pocket to purchase bombs for my home. CONSTANTLY having hot water shut off or breaking and literally NEVER any communication from the office regarding this. Security is a complete joke. Neighborhood became more unsafe as time went by. 4 años viviendo aquí y siempre es un problema con la piscina ,entonces te dicen que la abren en horarios laborales,entonces el domingo el único día q uno tiene que no trabaja y está en casa pues está cerrada 😡🤬entonces para q hay piscina si uno no la puede usar !!!!!

This apartment community has many Asian residents who are polite, respectful, and generous, creating a welcoming environment. The community is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful green grass and plenty of trees. Maintenance and service requests are handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to live.

This apartment complex don't have hot water over a month now. There no update and the reply is always "Next week". Taking a shower in ice water is exhausting. Can't forget the loud music that is always playing on a daily basis. Like, I want to watch my shows in peace, not trying to hear my shows over a concert speaker of Spanish music.
