It was my first time in the store. They had a wide range of wigs i could choose from. I looked at one in particular with mixed colors, just what I wanted. I did not look at the wig right away once I got home. But I should have. I finally looked at the wig when I tried to put some curls in it. It did not hold a curl when I tried to use the curling iron, and it did hold a curl when I rolled it up with gel and hard rollers. Sorely disappointed. I’ve been shopping here for a year and a half. Over the past three visits I’ve noticed a shift in how I’ve been treated. The same women who has checked me out over 10 plus time over the course of a year and a half is always walking back and forth and looking at me while trying to act as if she is not. I told her after cashing out that she could keep the free items she wanted to place in my bag. I also expressed that she made me very uncomfortable and I won’t be returning.
