Be careful of this company. Always check your property before your guests arrive. They totally "forgot" to clean our place. Luckily we live in town and went by to check the day the guests were to arrive. We had 4 hours to clean it ourselves. If we weren't SLT residents it would have been disastrous for us and our guests. Then they sent an email stating they were cancelling us as clients because of there ineptness. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you can watch over them and follow up. AMAZING. I own a vacation rental in South Lake and Tahoe Sun and Ski has been a life saver. They are reliable, efficient and have some of the best customer service I have experienced. This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. I had another company before TSS and it was a nightmare. So happy to have found them!
