I received a new unit one month ago, and it was put in faulty. Do you know that SUNAIR DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A NEW UNIT!!! It’s been one month and I’m still HOT IN MY HOME WITH NO AIR!!! These people say it’s a part that is not working and they have not sent anyone out here to replace the new part! Really SUNAIR, what happened to pleasing the customer who already paid for a Whole NEW UNIT! Poor customer service…
