Terrible and untrustworthy company. Sumter hit a hot line outside of my house and caused $8,500 worth of damage. It took an entire year and hiring lawyers and filing suit to get them to pay for my damage. I made a claim with them, they consistently said they would send someone to “investigate” and it just never happened. Then after pestering them they finally sent in a denial on my claim saying I didn’t have enough evidence they were the ones that did the damage. When you hit something like that there are procedures. Our neighborhood is getting power upgrades and I just want to compliment the crew working in our neighborhood. I am handicapped in a chair and walk my dog every morning by these gentlemen. They are always respectful and today I didn’t realize I had dropped my phone. One of the men saw it and came after me to give it back. This is so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!!

Today at twelve thirty five they pull down our road park right behind car blocking residents in. No one on this street had power problems. I told the men do not walk in my flower beds. What did they do and to just figure out oops they in wrong street. One was smoking tossed his blooming cigarette butt in my yard. I said pick it up. We do not smoke.
