Trying to see a specialist isn't always easy, as I quickly learned with my first kidney stone. First place I was referred to did not process my paperwork for a week and could not see me for nearly a month. Requested another referral from my primary to this place. This office called me the same day my referral was sent to touch base and check on me (it was a Friday and they were closing) and got me in the next business day (Monday)!
