THERE NASTY !! There slum lords they are minty hungry, will ask for money out of no where will post your private information currently taking them to court with a GOOD case I have the big lady in the office recorded. Telling her my issues and she couldn’t give no explanation and cussed at me. And when I let her know she was being recorded she tried to take everything back and didn’t want me to record her ! BLACK MOLD RATS & holes in the floor
There SLUMLORDS Don’t RENT FROM THESE GUYS CURRENTLY TALING THEM TO COURT FOR WRONGFULLY eviction And putting my personal information online !!! They stated that I they record the apartment and there was nothing by there which is a lie only stayed in this house for around 5 month no way BLACK MOLD AND HOLES COME OUT OF NO WHERE DAYING THE FIXED WHOLES IS A LIE !!
RATS !! BLACK MOLD!! Water damage!! Non livable conditions and money hungry. Put an eviction sept and put the rent for sept on the eviction asked them to fix the rodents put one trap never came back black mold made me sick was sent to the hospital. But they make sure you take off and never show up for them to “fix” the house don’t rent from here !!! Do not respond to their tenants within a timely manner I've been waiting over 2 months but my rent is always on time🤬🤬
Rent paid on time every month but when I need something very important taken care of for the last 2 months nothing!!! Where's the care and consideration in return😡😡😡😡
