The doctors at this practice are great, and facility is nice. The office staff, however, are incompetent and rude. They charge you for phantom missed visits and then talk down to you like a dog. I am not the only person to whom this has occurred. If you go, please, beware. I would go elsewhere, but Dr Stanton is awesome. They could easily be a five star service provider if they could get an administrative staff to compliment the doctors and not drag them down. It's sad.
I love Dr. Gray I have been seeing him as well as Sara now for a year and they listen. If you have a problem they listen and discuss the situation with you. And Dr. Gray doesn't over medicate I am able to walk around and talk without looking like a zombie...
Dr. Gray will see you for barely a few minutes and charge you for a twenty minute visit. He just is there to make money and send you away. He should be reported for fraud.
