Very unprofessional and rude. Because of my work schedule I was unable to attend my appointment. I called to apologize and soon as I stated my name and reason for not being able to attend, the receptionist had a horrible unprofessional attitude and was not understanding at all. I understand times are hard and people go through tough times, but in the healthcare field where you are asked to serve others this kind of attitude is definitely unacceptable.
