The office was nice the staff was nice but Dr Evangelisti was very rushy and cuts me off . I felt dismissed and unheard
Had an appt yesterday and have to say I received excellent/professional care from the front desk to check out. Staff were very helpful and kind. Dr Lovice was great! He explained exactly what was going to happen clearly and explained his findings. Appreciate the great service. Highly recommend them!
Not a great experience. I would not recommend this office. Took my 1.5 year old in due to constant ear infections. Dr. Evangilisti, wasn't great. He was super fast and pushy, after I waited 30 mins past my app to see him. But I asked all my questions anyway and he did answer them. He doesn't look you in the eyes. We did a hearing test which went pretty well. Then when I went to leave they pushed on us to buy the wax at the office. I kept telling them I had a whole lot at home and they argued that the one in the office was th... read more
Their service was excellent; the staff, environment, nurses, and doctors were awesome. We received great value for our visit.
