Sumter EMC does not care about their customers! They leave them without power for hours the amount of energy used stays the same and the clerk stated we estimate …. Don’t estimate what is used when it’s takes hours to get power restored .. then don’t call and need an extension or help with time making a payment you get told no and they will disconnect it if not paid ! I am convinced they treat customers this way because they know we have no other option on who our provider is !!! Very poor customer service!!
