I normally do not make reviews my experience this weekend deserved a review. I would like to thank EMC for their friendly and efficient staff. This past Sunday morning I heard a loud pop. Yes squirrel jerky and no power. I reported the outage online. Within just a few min I am speaking with a real life person who was very friendly and told me help was on the way. I really appreciate the prompt and friendly service! Within just a few minutes we were back up and running. Thanks Sumter EMC!!
