Dr N. Nielsen takes into consideration your financial well being while administering treatment. I wished I would have found her 8 extractions ago! She has now saved 3 teeth other dentists would have extracted. I have been a cash cow for others. Her work is exemplary. Her patient manner is thoughtful & kind. My first experience with Sumner Smiles was for a crown that came off. We are new to the area so we were looking for a dentist anyway, but this was more urgent. They worked me in, and in the exam Dr. Nielson showed me the tooth close up and what my options were. The was no "upselling" or pressure for one procedure or the other, just the facts and options for optimal treatment. I opted for a new crown due to the condition of my existing tooth and the 1st stage was quick and painless! Very happy to have found Sumner Smiles!

Dr. Nielson kindly saw me within 1 day after a crown was breaking apart. She did a nice job of a temporary fix and gave me a near-term appointment to get the crown replacement.
