RecommendedCarrie was our coach and she was awesome! Everyone was nice and it was a great workout. The Box is really cool as well, and I thought it was cool that they have a kids section. Over all, great experience! Hoping to go back if time allows on our visit!
Amazing staff and members!! I love how everyone here treats you like family and the workouts are creative and work towards full body workouts. I’m a chiropractor and I’m big into form...they really help you do this with perfect form to reduce injury! I treat cross fitters more for improving range of motion and less for injury. So impressed here!!!
What a great experience I had at Sumner CrossFit! I was visiting family in the area and dropped in for a couple classes. Carrie was great and the box was very welcoming.

My partner and I competed in Sumner Smackdown yesterday and it was AWESOME! SO organized, everyone was super friendly, events happened on time (which is crazy hard).
