We closed on our first home a few weeks ago and couldn't be more happier with the experience we've had with our realtor, Carlos Fraire. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, he kept up communication with my husband and I and made sure we understood all the ins and outs of purchasing a home. I will definitely recommend him to anyone hoping to purchase a home, and/or sell their home.
As well as other people we had an awful experience with a realtor of your company. Be aware!! They will charge you for extending a contract and they will delay repairs and survey on the property to make delays on your lender until you loose your closing date on your contract. Once the date has passed they will deny an extension and sell the property to a hidden contract they had.
