Seriously can’t get ahold of someone during business hours, when my daughter is going to be late for therapy. Phone line doesn’t even go through just says no one is there to answer. Get it together Summit Stone

So I requested to change and was told I needed to pay $45 for a new appointment and had to show up in person for the first appointment with the new provider. My daughter got a referral for this place, after a mental heslth crisis. She has tried to schedule with them for over two weeks. They do not answer their phone, it gets sent to voicemail. When you leave a voicemail they don't call you back. It is like they aren't taking mental health seriously and it gives me bad vibes. We are going to keep shopping for a new therapist. I recommend others to do the same.

I came here for family therapy and by the third appt I felt like a waste of time. No treatment or goals were set up and felt like it was casual talk vs actual therapy. Also the counselor had a bunch of lgbt decor in her room. I do not need my kid or I aware of your sexual identity. SMH
