The most wonderful staff I have ever met, Courtnee is an amazing therapist and such a kind person, and heather is so sweet and funny! Not to mention the front desk people are so amazing! Love coming here.
Went here after being hospitalized for mental health. Received the worst counselor I think I've ever had. Just sat there judging me that I was unemployed the whole time when I needed mental health help. First psychiatrist was a joke as well. Didn't listen to anything. I said pushed meds didn't listen to the bad reactions I had to the meds. 0 stars
Guys don’t know how to do anything simple!
Was here prior and had my other review deleted where I spoke on their staff refusing to give me my appointment during my appointment leading to me not having medication for a month. Finally spoke with their patient advocate who is anything but from my experience. Accusing me of not wanting appointment because I don't want my appointments to be used to schedule new appointments for when I'm not available. I'm sure I'm not alone when I believe appointments should be used for medical attention and not being belittled at treated... read more
Honestly the staff was as nice as could be to me. But the way this place is set up is to keep you coming back forever. Ive tried to get mental health services through this place a few times through the years and it never helps. This last time all I needed was something very simple and they wanted me to enroll in all these programs. If they actually cared about helping people then why is everything so confusing and opaque.
