If I could do 0 stars I would. My son was in complete crisis yesterday. He called me and said, I need help! I had to calm him down just to understand him. Arrived at "crisis" center. Over 5 hours later they said we can't help you! Glad it wasn't a real crisis! Called this morning to ask why he was turned away. Never returned my call. So I finally called back. Couldn't give me a n answer. They need to stop calling it a crisis center! Our city has horrible mental health facilities.

I have gone to touch stone for many issues over the last 7 years or so. I love the staff the girls at the front have been amazing. The classes I've taken with DV, anger management, dbt, relapse classes and one on one help with two therapists have all been great. If it was not for all of them I wouldn't of made it through the hardest times in my life.
