Just horrible. Was told to come in and can be seen same day. Bring my husband in sit for an hour filling out paperwork. Was told cool it’s a 1-2 hour wait if we want they will call us and we come back in. Reiterated to the young girl who was busy carrying on convos with workers at the desk our phone number 2 times. 3 hours later no call I call back oh the girl wrote the number wrong she only put 3 digits down 🤦♀️ Okay cool we will call you soon you can come in to be seen. Caring staff. It may take awhile to find the right therapist, but I believe in this facility.
My daughter got a referral for this place, after a mental heslth crisis. She has tried to schedule with them for over two weeks. They do not answer their phone, it gets sent to voicemail. When you leave a voicemail they don't call you back. It is like they aren't taking mental health seriously and it gives me bad vibes. We are going to keep shopping for a new therapist. I recommend others to do the same.
How can anyone get care, even the same day service no answer ALL afternoon, no one!
None of this is about our mental well-being. I wrote what I'm sharing below while waiting for my first session with my current therapist. My partner's therapist broke up with him that same day, and my therapist missed the next two sessions. After just 4 months of therapy, she let me know this week that she's leaving.
