To my chagrin, I lost my daughters birth certificates (although I'm sure they're somewhere in my house). I thought getting copies of their birth certificates would be a tedious and laborious process, however, the folks in the Health Department for the City of Summit was superb! They actually picked up the phone within 2-3 rings, were very detailed of their process, and patient with answering all my questions.
