The director and every staff member we met have all been wonderful to my elderly Mom. We have no complaints. They keep the place up well and there are no bad smells. Overall a great experience!
Kendra and the team at Charter have been amazing for my mother. Mom moved into assisted living in pretty bad health and the team got her healthy and happy enough to move recently to their independent wing. Everyone there is great and they do an amazing job connecting with residents in their rooms, in common areas and activities.
Very compassionate staff! Very quick to come to the need of the resident . Physical therapy is right in the building so convenient!
