So thankful for the continued care, love, and concern shown for my mom throughout the 5+ years spent at SV/Charter Sr. Living. Kendra and the staff there have been very accommodating in meeting our needs at many different levels. It is such a comfort knowing that Mom is being cared for by those who are called to provide the individual attention needed by the residents.

We can't say enough about the director, Kendra. When our neighbor Ronald needed to have more assistance with his daily living, Kendra welcomed him into the facility and made it an easy transition. She knows Ronald by name, updates us as needed, and has gotten to know the best ways to communicate with him so he understands. It was a hard decision to move him and find the right place to help care for him. Without Kendra, it wouldn't have been as easy. Thanks to her, we have no worries.

I am writing this review to provide our perspective of Charter Senior Living (CSL) staff and facility. CSL assumed ownership of Summit View (SV) at the end of September 2023. My mother has been a resident of both SV and now CSL for over 5 years. During that time, she lived first in the Independent Living section and subsequently in the Assisted Living section.
