Slow service, act like their busy when not. Not consistent with information and the staff is rude, was 15 mins late and they scheduled my next appointment a whole month later. Ridiculous saying they are booked when they dont even get a lot of patience.
All of your staff was very kind to me today, I didnt know where I was going and the lady at the front desk was super helpful. Then at the lab the ladies at the desk were great. Lilah and Anahid drew my blood and help me calm my nerves and talked to me and answered all of my questions. Very quick in and out. Overall great experience.
