Yesterday I had appointments for 3 different tests in different rooms by 3 different people. The first was on time which made me 45 minutes early for my next appointment. They made room for me immediately which made me almost an hour early for my last appointment but they also made time for me in a matter of a few minutes. I was very impressed.
