I am actually about to move, the only reason being that I have to be closer to work. My time at Summit Veliew was great. I enjoyed living here and have to say that the property management & maintenance team are amazing. Michelle helped me get set up when I was first moving out here from AZ and I consider her to this day my first friend in Oregon. She was always there for me and that never changed after the move in. I've been here for a year and there are only two things I would be aware of. They have some older apartments that have not yet been remodeled so make sure you see the unit you are moving into and be aware that it is at the top of a steep hill. But it is clean, no bugs or loud neighbors. The management is excellent and there's never a surprise when it comes to rent $. It's very easy to live here.
Very nice and clean and my brother loves living there
