Husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and have always had really good luck with our management team/ maintenance team. Everything is always handled quickly, from office matters to maintenence. They keep the apartment committed up so well, it's clean and quiet. I enjoy that they let us decorate for holidays!
Management is uncommunicative and rude, landscapers destroyed my bush, porch pirates have stolen packages and a bike, and it's in an awful unwalkable area DON'T live here !!
I am actually about to move, the only reason being that I have to be closer to work. My time at Summit Veliew was great. I enjoyed living here and have to say that the property management & maintenance team are amazing. Michelle helped me get set up when I was first moving out here from AZ and I consider her to this day my first friend in Oregon. She was always there for me and that never changed after the move in.
