I had a disappointing experience at this facility. As a truck driver, my responsibility is to transport and deliver the load safely. During unloading, one of the forklift operators expected me to help move pallets to the back of the trailer, even though this was not part of my responsibilities. When I explained that I was not required to assist with unloading, he became rude and unprofessional. Just bought a 14 k dump trailer. 4ft side walls. Everything on this trailer. Grease fitting on every moving part. No pin latches. Spring pins. Make It easy. The trail won't go down. This trail has 3 buttons. One up. One down. No power. Push button the 3 button. It goes down. Go look at these trailers. They thought of everything you need. Mine is everything..

Picked up a new 6x12 tandem utility trailer the other day. Had a 4x8 and was really pleased with the quality. The only complaint with the trailer is the placement of the tongue jack. Sits too far forward to avoid hangover from my truck bed. Had to remove the jacket k and use a jack mounted to the tongue side bar. Also bucks a lot going down the road with just a motorcycle load.

I picked up my trailer from a Summit Trailer dealer, drove about 50 miles home and two of the four axle caps fell off. The dealer told me to contact the manufacturer. I left a voicemail with Summit trailers and to my surprise I was contacted the next day which was a Saturday. Greg advised me to fill out the warranty card online and asked me to text him pictures of the VIN and missing axle covers.
