I bought my 7 x 14 dump trailer in Tacoma and had a terrible experience Two days into owning my trailer pub cap fell off, which I see in the reviews has happened to people before. And ever since I got it, the door has been very difficult to close and very hard to latch in the back, I was in a hurry when picking it up and the employee said that this is normal, but he got worse with time and requires lots of force to just close the doors. I needed a replacement light for my trailer as someone stole a light out of my trailer and I was not able to find this particular style light in a regular store as my trailer lights have integrated reverse lights in them and thankfully summit trailers was able to sell me a replacement light for a very reasonable price for my summit trailer . Thank you, Greg

I had a disappointing experience at this facility. As a truck driver, my responsibility is to transport and deliver the load safely. During unloading, one of the forklift operators expected me to help move pallets to the back of the trailer, even though this was not part of my responsibilities. When I explained that I was not required to assist with unloading, he became rude and unprofessional. Just bought a 14 k dump trailer. 4ft side walls. Everything on this trailer. Grease fitting on every moving part. No pin latches. Spring pins. Make It easy. The trail won't go down. This trail has 3 buttons. One up. One down. No power. Push button the 3 button. It goes down. Go look at these trailers. They thought of everything you need. Mine is everything..
