Awful.
They have always been very helpful and responsive when I call with questions, and as a new home owner, I have lots of them! I suppose there's nothing they can do about the amounts, but for everything else I'm very pleased.
The folks are nice people but careless. My mother owned a condo on Euclid that changed hands in September 2014 and got a quarter's taxes from the new owner but nonetheless did not change the records and automatically debited my mother's account in February. The notation for my mother's account was in the name of the new owner. Great bookkeeping, City of Summit.
