If you’re considering moving into this building—especially if you’re older or helping care for a loved one—just be cautious. A friend of mine moved in with her mom temporarily to help out. Her mom had been a good tenant and even got a lease renewal notice, which they were grateful for. But then suddenly, things changed. Once the building management realized her daughter was staying to provide care, the renewal was taken off the table. Just like that. Management and maintenance of this building well done and are very receptive to tenants concerns.
have lived here since March, great place to live, very clean & friendly caretakers. any maintenance issues fixed almost immediately. would recommend it to anyone. Sharon & Kip are doing an excellent job.
Very happy living here.
