Had a horrible moving out experience. Got my forwarding address wrong after providing it 2 separate times. This lead to me unknowingly having an amount still owed and being sent to collections. Many times throughout my moveout it seemed I was just supposed to know what came next without being told. Would give 0 stars if possible

I lived here for two years. Rooms are spacious, location is great, I felt safe, and the staff is very professional/responsive. I would highly recommend!
Summit Square was my first apartment when I moved here to Rochester! I found the location online and found the units to be spacious, clean, and affordable. The neighborhood has felt very safe to me and the staff are so kind and quick to help with anything. I was here through a shift in management as well, and found no issues during that time, and new management is just has good as it always has been. I would definitely recommend looking here if you need somewhere clean, safe, and reliable to live.
