I was seen here in August of 2025. I had insurance at the time (I don’t now) and was told my copay was $50. I paid it and, since they didn’t do any imaging or tests, thought that was the end of it. They prescribed me an NSAID and a muscle relaxer. I specifically asked them if they needed to drug test me since I wasn’t getting any narcotic pain medications, and they said there was no need and I would not be billed for it (my husband can confirm this). This is my second time of visiting summit spine and joint centers. My schedule was to see Dr Jose Mathews, on the day of visitation it was changed to a different provider for reason non to the practice. I took that as an exemption. The worst during the last visitation was a very serious delay , waiting in the sitting area that is very cluster and not fit for humans, very dirty area .
