Summit Spas service team is exceptional! Our spa froze up and needed repaired, Cory came out in the freezing temps and got us up and running again quick service. Thank you Summit Spa Team!
We purchased a spa approximately 6 yrs ago from Summit Spas. For the past 9 months I’ve been dealing with periodic spa heating issues. After 3 phone conversations explaining my issues, it became clear that they were not interested in helping me resolving the issue(s). I eventually gave up with Summit Spas and paid the extra trip charge to have an Artisan spa dealer from Denver repair the spa. I question Summit Spas willingness to stand by their product.
The gang at Summit are the best. We purchased a Caldera salt water spa from them last year and love it. Not only did they help me pick out the best spa for what we needed, but they were excellent with all the follow-up for the install and always available for any questions with on-going maintenance. They do water analysis for free, and the supplies are less expensive there than on Amazon or other online stores. Highly recommended!

We have not been happy with the service from the original dealer and found summit Spas to be very helpful and knowledgeable about Windsor water and the correct chemical levels. Recently we discovered a leak in our tub and Rich stopped by to take an initial look. I thought the leak was in one of the jets, he found it in the ozone hose which had a split in it.
