Nathan and Thomas just installed a new hot springs hot tub for us! They did an excellent job , and took the time to teach us about the care operation and maintenance of our tub. Summit spas has been easy to work with, from the selection through the installation. They get five stars from us😊
We embarked on our spa journey and found the most amazing folks at Summit Spa. Tristan and Cody were both wonderful to work with during the process. While we decided to go with another brand, you will be very pleased to work with the folk at Summit Spa. They are dedicated to the customer and upholding service values that are above what one could expect. If you want a great spa with phenomenal customer service, look no further.
Service was fabulous! Rich found me a circ pump that fit my tub perfectly when I could not. He went above and beyond to get my tub going again. Many thanks.
Summit Spas service team is exceptional! Our spa froze up and needed repaired, Cory came out in the freezing temps and got us up and running again quick service. Thank you Summit Spa Team!
We purchased a spa approximately 6 yrs ago from Summit Spas. For the past 9 months I’ve been dealing with periodic spa heating issues. After 3 phone conversations explaining my issues, it became clear that they were not interested in helping me resolving the issue(s). I eventually gave up with Summit Spas and paid the extra trip charge to have an Artisan spa dealer from Denver repair the spa. I question Summit Spas willingness to stand by their product.
