We embarked on our spa journey and found the most amazing folks at Summit Spa. Tristan and Cody were both wonderful to work with during the process. While we decided to go with another brand, you will be very pleased to work with the folk at Summit Spa. They are dedicated to the customer and upholding service values that are above what one could expect. If you want a great spa with phenomenal customer service, look no further.

We purchased a spa approximately 6 yrs ago from Summit Spas. For the past 9 months I’ve been dealing with periodic spa heating issues. After 3 phone conversations explaining my issues, it became clear that they were not interested in helping me resolving the issue(s). I eventually gave up with Summit Spas and paid the extra trip charge to have an Artisan spa dealer from Denver repair the spa. I question Summit Spas willingness to stand by their product.
The gang at Summit are the best. We purchased a Caldera salt water spa from them last year and love it. Not only did they help me pick out the best spa for what we needed, but they were excellent with all the follow-up for the install and always available for any questions with on-going maintenance. They do water analysis for free, and the supplies are less expensive there than on Amazon or other online stores. Highly recommended!
