The Summit by Broadmoor really goes above and beyond for it's residents. Maintenance requests are taken care of the next day and the staff is always friendly and super helpful. They also go out of their way to host resident parties (even during the global pandemic with proper social distancing measures) and cater in local food at no cost to residents! Great place to live! Friendly and helpful staff! I lived here for 2 years and loved every second of it. Great apartment complex, very clean and well kept! Definitely recommend this place to anybody!
