Chris Green did a great job for us. He came out right away, checked the roof, and put a small tarp over the leak until we can get it fixed. He was honest, professional, and easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about helping people, not just trying to make a quick buck. When we’re ready for the new roof, we’ll be calling Chris.

Adam arrived 15 minutes early. Called me to identify himself and inform me that he was there… he introduced himself upon contact and was very professional and courteous. He identified the source of the water leak, which was loose shingles that had worked themselves loose from the nails, which created holes… he fixed the issue quickly, and saved me a bunch of future trouble and heavy expense from if I tried to investigate the issue myself. Definitely recommend Summit and definitely recommend Adam!

Edit 10/26/2025: Now that the job is complete, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work. The roofing crew was able to complete the job over 2 days. The roof looks great. I was told that my entire decking needed replaced. This was an additional cost which was not in the original quoted price. I reduced my original 5-star rating to 4 stars because the communication after the initial meeting with the contractor was less than satisfactory, as was the length of time from start to finish. I highly recommend Chris and Summit Roofing! Chris was exceptionally thorough and proactive in addressing all my roof issues. His dedicated help with my insurance company made the whole process stress-free. The work crew was fast, efficient, and did an amazing job cleaning up. They truly exceeded my expectations!
