Scheduled an appointment online thru their website to have a tour of some apartments & upon walking up to the leasing office- they had a sign/clock of when they will be back however, the appointment was set for 2pm & the sign/clock said it would return at 2:35pm. I find it unprofessional that people schedule online to view the property but then no one is there to show.
Although I ultimately decided not to move in, I have to say that Jordan’s customer service was absolutely top-notch. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made me feel like a priority. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.
