I have to say my favorite appetizers are the bacon wrapped water chestnuts or the yummy crab cakes. Hard decision. My favorite dinner plate would be the salmon on oak wood, and the brandy sours.. On point :) This is one of the nicest fine dining in Racine. The Summit is one of my favorite resturants in the area. If you ever get a chance to try their seafood bowl (only on occasions) it's a must! The service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they make sure you're taken care of. Everyone enjoys good food

Didn't like it much there it was unorganized with the reservations to crowded for me and a long wait plus they took the tip out without even saying there going to it was my first time there and it will be my last i think the food wasn't that great either well for me anyways.

Hi Annalisa, sorry for any confusion over a wait or crowding at a table. Generally on groups of 8 or more we add an automatic 18% gratuity if you/everone is happy with food and service. Please call me if you want me to go further than this
Poor food. PITIFUL Service. Utter disregard for simple dietary needs -- even though it could mean someone's life is at stake. Don't expect to be back & WILL dissuade others in party(s) by recommending another restaraunt. Please know, as a patron, in general I do my utmost to refrain from negative public feedback when it happens.

Wanted to Thank Sean and his entire team for making the Surprise Birthday party a Huge Success last weekend. All 80+ guests were Extremely happy with dinner and the Excellent service. You guys really exceeded my expectations. Excellent Food, Excellent service! Thank you!
