Had a funky ceiling leak after some march rain. unusual spot inside house. Juan came out for an inspection, showed me with photos what the problem was. after talking with Nathan while he was away with family. we arrived at a fair price for the repairs and scheduled within a week. problem solved. Juan is amazing with his ability to locate the issue when the problem is not so easy to identify. As well as Nathan and staff for superior customer service.
Asked for floor plans, site plans, and elevations. Company called and said they could do it and would come by the property for a quote the next week. Didn't receive a confirmation email. We scheduled a time to meet for Tuesday the next week. 3 hours before the in person meeting, I messaged to confirm meetup - no response. 1.5 hours before the in person meeting, I called them and they said they're not right for the job/not within their services

We had a really hard time picking the right Contractor/Roofer for our Metal Roof project.
