We went with Jean after reading a bunch of great reviews online. She and her team did not disappoint! We worked mainly with Kaycee throughout the showing process(she was fantastic). Jean called me this afternoon to inform me that my MLS listing had expired this morning. except my current realtor had already renewed it and she refused to refresh her system to check it. I informed her that not only had it been renewed, but it was now under contract. She got all snipey and made up a bunch of stuff about a cash buyer (whom I doubt exists) and hung up on me. It seems like when your personality is such an integral part of your job you ought to try to be nicer.
Great company to work with . They take the time to get to know what you are interested in and what you can afford. They really want to make sure that you are happy
Jean was able to get us the best possible offer on our condo, and she was able to do it quickly and with very little stress for us. Her staff were pleasant and helpful, and she was exceptionally professional. If I ever need a real estate agent again, she'll be the first and probably the only one I call.
