Horrible Company!! Summit is the worst property management company in Portland! Their owner was taken to court for embezzlement and admitted to stealing a total of about $250,000.00 from two apartment complex owners. Classy! Other apartment complex owners who use their services are probably not aware of this but they should be. It's easy enough to Google it. Ridiculous!!! Dont rent here Moved into Belmar Commons in Hillsboro 9 months ago with wife and family. Manager failed to put wife on lease properly and now they are stating that my wife must move and live somewhere else while they feel I should remain in the apartment until the lease ends in 5 more months. Are you kidding me. Can you say violation of Tennant Laws. They are actually threatening to sue for remainder of lease if I leave.
Wanting the same bill paid 3 times over is considered THEFT ! I have receipt on the same bill being paid twice already, to the sum of $375.00, and now this co. Summit Real Estate wants me to pay the same bill again, which I have saved the previous receipt's of payment in full, TWICE, at Meadow Wood Apartments in Vancouver Washington, several of my friends, and low income people have been evicted, and or moved out for the same reason.Theft, is demanding repayment of a debt already paid, and receipt in hand. harassment is bein... read more
Customer Service Experience follow up on claims to tenants in their facilities is poor. they do not follow up with claims or give any credit. BBB rated poorly as well. terrible.
