Good solid service.
Other than Kayla it was a brief negative experience. I am glad she listened and found a medication that helps. When I initially found this group I seen the semi good reviews under Mind Health Group. I would have to agree with other patient reviews , its all about the money here. Unnecessary/useless appointments, staff scheduling you for appointments on their own (not mentioned by doctor/staff you see on follow up zoom), the receptionist is rude. Will not be returning.
Horrible. They once cancelled an appointment without telling me. For another appointment, they sent a bad Zoom link: When I tried calling them because no one had met with us after a long wait in the Zoom "waiting room", I got nothing but voice mailboxes. And to get those, I had to go online to search for phone numbers because they never supplied a contact number with any text or email appointment confirmation - even though they state "call as soon as possible if you have to reschedule". I can see why they have so many negative reviews. Kayla stiles and Dr. Weinstein are great people and good at their job, but overall the company is terrible. Disrespectful staff , and will do anything in their power to try and charge you fees. They really do not care about you , they just want your money.
