If I could give no stars at all. The company is a joke. They are everything that the other bad reviews state and much worse. They don't care at all for Cerro de Acala residents. Their communication is very slow, poor, and often contradictory. They don't respond to phone calls, voice messages, or emails. They can't even inform residents correctly when the community is having meetings. Problems are overlooked and residents have consistently been pushed away. HOA fees are crazy high!!!!!
