Their properties Coral Manor, Five Points, and Point Anne in Texas city are all a joke. Their management is incompetent and rude and their maintenance people aren’t much better. I have a huge list of issues that I’ve dealt with in those properties and they never should have happened. *took 4 months to get me my deposit back after I moved out of Five points * maintenance man in coral manor told me straight up “why don’t you fix this stuff yourself” after I told him to come back for a third day in a row because he didn’t fix s... read more
