Pool pump broken most likely by vender, water drained into neighbors yard! I turned off the system and contacted company both by text and phone call, No response, They did fix it but never contacted me... extremely bad customer service, Chris Maher

I tried this company for 3 months and the water was not properly balanced resulting in mold, the baskets were not emptied, and when they missed service I still got charged full price….AND THEY NEVER CHECKED THE POOL EQUIPMENT! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY TOTAL RIP-OFF!
Summit has consistently proven to be the best pool care company since we have owned our first pool for the past 3 years. The attention to detail on the follow up email with pictures gets me every-time.
We refinished our pool last year and were fortunate enough to have Summit available to manage the initial chemical balancing and begin servicing our beautiful new pool weekly. The Summit employees are dependable, efficient, and friendly ... and we especially appreciate receiving a weekly email about our pool's service needs that were fulfilled.
