Very happy with my experience with these personnel. I have found WellSpan to be far superior to UPMC.
The scheduling receptionist at the Chambersburg office was very rude and overly abrupt. Just trying to reschedule an appointment!
After going back and forth to get a damn appointment , they finally schedule me. A few days later, they call me to inform me that Mr. John Sekel is unavallable on the scheduled day. Okay, fine, let's schedule another appointment. Now, they call me again to reschedule because apparently, Mr. John Sekel has a busy schedule outside the office. Fkn humans they believe they are the only ones working . These people are incredibly useless .
Just got off the phone with Vanessa who was extremely rude. I called to see if the referral for my daughter was received and if I could get her scheduled. She stated SHE had already received the referral (never got a phone call stating this) and no doctor could clinically treat my 5 month old. I wasn’t asking for her to be treated just seen for their opinion on the matter. She wouldn’t hear me out and kept saying try other doctors and I let her know I already went those routes and those doctors are not covered by her insuran... read more
