Very frustrated with how billing was handled. I was repeatedly told I would only owe a flat rate for skin tag removal, but four months later I received an additional bill for testing that was never disclosed upfront and ended up costing nearly three times the original amount quoted. I spoke with a manager for about 15 minutes, but she was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not offer any resolution or refund. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will be referring my clients elsewhere moving forward.

Margene Tranter PA-C and Dr Sica are top notch. I have referred friends to them. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. If you have anything dermatology related I encourage you to hook up with Summit!!

This practice was okay until my most recent appointment when I was able to hear everything going on outside of the room I was in. I could hear what was being said in the room to my left, the room to my right, and the staff at the nurses station making fun of a patient claiming they looked like pitbull crossed with the Simpson’s due to issues with their lip. I’m disgusted by the unprofessional behavior by whatever staff was obnoxiously making fun of patients.. in the hallway where (I’m assuming) everyone could hear.

I previously saw Dr. Loy and loved her. I now see Kaitlin Wilson and cannot be happier with the care I receive! Kaitlin is very thorough and friendly. She takes time to address concerns. I highly recommend Summit and specifically Kaitlin Wilson!
