Summit Place Really Goes Above and Beyond! I went to Summit Place Kia (Auburn hills) because they advertise helping people that are over miles in their lease. After driving over an hour to get there, I'm glad to say they make good on their ads. They were able to get me exactly the car I wanted (a Kia Sorento) within my budget, while also allowing me to terminate my current non Kia lease (a year early) without having to pay an exorbitant amount. Easy, patient and accomodating Eric heard all my purchasing limitations and still he didn't rush or pressure me. He informed me of all my options, patiently weeding out one option at a time. Eric listened to my concerns and after going over things in great detail, he helped me to feel comfortable with my purchase. Patient, thorough and willing to take on a challenging purchaser with a limited budget. Treated me like royalty anyway. I would highly recommend Eric.
Great staff and selection After test driving multiple vehicles at multiple dealerships it was extremely refreshing to find my dream car at Summit. Bryan C. Was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and made a process which admittedly can be exhausting fun! summit had the largest selection of Kia vehicles And I was able to get the color options I wanted at my first visit. My family and I will definitely be coming back for future vehicles.

Excellent customer service My new car purchase exceeded my expectations. I appreciate your attentiveness and honoring my loyalty to the brand. Thank you very much Will, Dom, and Kevin.
