Horrible Experience My wife and I went to this dealership because we always heard about it on the radio or on TV. We were in the market for a new car for our growing family. We had our infant child with us so being at a car dealership all day wasn't in our best interest. My experience was bad to worse I went there in May the service was typical I just stop back in after emailing with Will letting him know all of my information beforehand and was treated very badly I actually had Dom Johnson tell the greeter but yeah he can take another customer in 5 to 10 minutes terrible service I work health care I will make sure to let everybody know what type of business Kia does and they do the bait and switch
Love my new car I was putting so much money into fixing my old car, it became such a waste, and its final maintenance issue became a blessing in disguise. Now I'm riding around in a brand new Kia! I worked with Dom Johnson to get my new car and I absolutely love it. Dom was joy to work with. He's fast, efficient and he was able get me into a brand new, affordable vehicle faster than I even expected. Everyone was so friendly and I am more than pleased. Thank you!!

Friendly staff and clean showroom. I worked with Costa Demopoulos when I purchased my Kia Soul. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and timely in communicating with me. He explained things so that I could understand them and he was understanding when weather played a part in finalizing my purchase.
